HOW WE WORK

Once we have this information, we will ask our network of nannies and babysitters to see if any of them are available, we will then forward you their profile. If you are happy you can choose to employ them, then we will send you the invoice to pay the reservation fee to confirm the booking and accept our terms and conditions.

Once paid we will send you confirmation and then a few days before we will contact to confirm all the details are still correct.

You will need to pay your nanny or babysitter on the day in cash.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Due to legal requirements we can only take bookings where the children are from a maximum of 2 different families and no more than 3 children under the age of 6 years old unless you would like to book an additional nanny or babysitter.

For evening bookings; please book early enough to allow the babysitter to meet the child before they go to sleep (this is in case your child/children wake up in the night we don’t want them to see an unfamiliar face).

We cannot accept bookings from families staying in tents or from families staying in caravans where the child/children do not have a separate sleeping area from the main living area.
